Bourbon Baggers Business Credit & Net-30 Policy

Bourbon Baggers may offer approved business customers Net-30 payment terms. Credit is extended at our discretion and is not guaranteed by submitting an application.

Eligibility and review

To request Net-30 terms, a customer must submit accurate business information, accounts-payable contact information, and supplier references.

We may review publicly available information about the business and may contact the supplier reference provided. We do not routinely obtain personal credit reports.

Net-30 terms are available only to established business entities such as LLCs, corporations, and partnerships. Sole proprietorships and personal accounts are not eligible for open-account terms and may be required to pay by credit card, deposit, or payment in advance.

Credit limits

The initial credit limit is $500. The credit limit includes all unpaid invoices and other outstanding amounts owed to Bourbon Baggers.

After three orders have been paid in full and on time, Bourbon Baggers may increase the credit limit to $1,000. Any increase above $1,000 requires a manual review and is not automatic.

Bourbon Baggers may approve a lower limit, require payment in advance, or decline credit at any time.

Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date.

An overdue invoice may result in an immediate hold on additional orders or shipments. No additional orders will be released while the account is overdue unless Bourbon Baggers expressly approves an exception.

If an invoice is disputed, the customer must notify Bourbon Baggers promptly and explain the reason for the dispute. Any undisputed amount remains due according to the original payment terms.

Changes and cancellation

Bourbon Baggers may change, suspend, or revoke credit terms at any time based on payment history, account activity, business circumstances, or other relevant information.

Approval for Net-30 terms does not create a continuing obligation to extend credit or accept future orders on credit.

This policy applies to commercial accounts and may be updated from time to time.
